2. Return Packaging: Send the item in its original packaging. Instructions and a return label (if applicable) will be provided.

3. Refund/Replacement: Once received and inspected, we will process your request within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping cost is your responsibility, except when the product is defective or damaged on arrival—we’ll cover return shipping in those instances.
